In accordance with your last statement, I would be surprised that people who blindly follow and support Trump would know enough to not use these absurd treatments. After all, sheep and lemmings are... sheep and lemmings.
But the converse of that is that there are Trump supporters who will NOT pick up on his treatments because they realize how stupid the suggestions are. And that begs the question of why those same supposedly rational people don't take the next logical step and recognize that almost EVERYTHING that Trump does is for his own gratification and not in the public interest.

Never mind interpret; what was Trump saying should be injected? What is the "something like that" that should be done by injection? If you understand English the meaning is pretty clear.
