Here is one of my first attempts at long exposure photography. There are many issues to fix in this image but it's not like we don't have any time on our hands these days!!! Have fun with it!!
Feel free to download this photo to your computer. Then you can edit it any way that you feel will be an improvement. Adjustments, layers, textures, composites, inverse images, filters. Whatever you think works. Then, when you are finished, post your edit in this thread. Edits will be accepted until 9:00 pm on Thursday. This was a fun image to work with. I cooked it a little while on a low heat and this is what I got.

Here is my view of your image.
I used gallery effect venice, also used sliders to lessen contrast ,brighten it a little and also sharpened it. I did this in Smart Photo Editor. I have visited these lovely falls many times.
