Favorite exercises as we shelter in place?
I was given a foot/hand cycle machine that uses a magnetic brake to apply resistance. A setting for the hand/shoulder workout at 50% the resistance scale will get my heart rate up to almost double its resting rate and setting it at 90% of the scale for foot/leg exercises will get my heart rate up to a little over double the resting rate. (The easy to accomplish workouts are 15 minutes each.)

I use an Elliptical - programmed for various resistance settings throughout the program of 45 minutes. 2 miles equivalent and 165 calories burned. Accomplishes my cardio rehab requirements of walking and bike riding for 20 min's each. It gets my heart rate up to 80% - 90% of max.
You can calculate your maximum heart rate by subtracting your age from 220. For example, if you're 45 years old, subtract 45 from 220 to get a maximum heart rate of 175. This is the average maximum number of times your heart should beat per minute during exercise.
The wheel on my computer mouse is about the exercise I can stand in one day. You Olympic Games wanna bes go right ahead. You'll be just as dead as I will be but I will have enjoyed the trip much more
Jumping up from my recliner to let the dogs out, let the dogs in, let the dogs out, let the dogs in, etc etc etc
I've been weight training for a couple of years now...it's the fountain of youth for old people. Nothing else puts your hormones in order, burns fat, and makes you able to do more easier and better.

I'd rather just go outside for a walk in the park and get some fresh air, see some nature, take some photos.

Ok, came up with 140. Since my HR doesn’t get close to that looked up “max exercising heart rate” and found that it should be 55% to 85% of the calculated max rate. So that would be 77 bpm to 119 bpm for me. Therefore since the “arm” cranking gets my hr to 81 and my “leg” cranking gets it to 111 I’m within the proper range. It’s resting bpm is most often in the mid 50s the Apple Watch usually says 53.
Thank you for the comments; they made me think about if I was doing this correctly or not. (In a couple weeks I can slack off a little - my calculated hr will then be 139.)
I’m living through this time with a herniated disc that causes shooting pains down my left lag. No exercise (or sitting or sleeping) here. The prescription drugs help some, but not 100%. Getting medical treatment during a pandemic is a slow process, but it moves along. I have a virtual meeting with a spine specialist this morning, so maybe we can get this taken care of.
Photography and music take my mind off of the pain, both in my back and on the TV.
Pushups. I’ve increased from being able to do 20 non stop pushups to 50. However, it seems I have plateaued; I’m having trouble getting beyond 50.

Man I feel for you, just had a knee replacement in January. I was immobilized before and now that leg is more flexible than the other. There are some excellent doctors out there, bet you found one. Good Luck!

Oh wow, I'd settle for the twenty.
A couple years ago I plateaued on the weight machines at the "Y" mostly because my skeletal frame started complaining. Figured backing off was best before something gave way.
My exercise is tossing and turning in my sleep.
