I shoot with a Canon 5DM4, and was thinking about trying one of the lensbaby lenses. I was deciding between the Sol 45 and the Twist 60. I was wondering if anyone has used either, or both, and which would be recommended as a good first lens of this type. Or, if there is a better "starter" lens with lensbaby, I would appreciate the suggestions. I think that it might be fun to experiment with something like this, during this stay at home period. The lenses I currently have are: 50, 100, 24-104, 100-400

I have the 5Dmk4, and it looks like we have some of the same lenses as well, Barb. My suggestion would be one of the Lensbaby Velvets. I have the Velvet 56 and really enjoy it. You probably already know that the Lensbabies are all manual focus, and you set aperture on the lens rather than in camera. The Velvets make good starter lenses and are easier to learn to focus imo.
I have and like the sol45. Not very expensive and I like the results. Not something I use often. Nice that it's there though when I want it.
