Can Anyone ID This Bird?

I have looked on line to try to figure out what kind of bird this is but nothing I have seen comes close to it aside from a Mockingbird but the colors seemed wrong. I took this photo last week in NE Tennessee if that helps. He/she was in open woods, resting on a feeder. Thanks for your help!

Thank you! I don't think I have ever noticed one but after reading a bit about them, I see that they like to nest under eaves. I did notice an nest under my eave and wonder if this bird is responsible for it. Very odd nest, I thought. Moss and mud on top of a light.

Our Black Phoebes like to hang around water. I see them at the park where I do water birds.
They also show up in my back yard, perch where they can watch the pool and "rescue" bugs from drowning.

That is so funny - "rescue" bugs from drowning. I just started paying attention to the different species of birds recently. It's a wonderful hobby!
