I can relate to this. "Should I shave today? Nah, I'll shave tomorrow." Repeat daily.
Computer and TV are my new life. I've gone through all the good movies on Netflix and Prime. Now, I'm watching the B and C movies.
I now have a wardrobe that consists of my daytime pajamas/sweats, my go-to-the-store clothes, and my nighttime pajamas. Haven't given up on hygiene and house cleaning yet. I actually have been somewhat pleased to be able to finish some projects that have been "on hold" due to my previous work schedule. And I found a new job online that pays reasonably well.

My wife told me to grow a beard. I have not shaved it since the lock down. She likes it and trims and grooms it.

You have different pajamas for day and night?!
I try to make an effort to get dressed almost every day.
Actually, the other way; house is neater, I do more cooking, clean up BEFORE serving meals, and immediately thereafter. Shaved, showered, made pancakes, eggs, sausage, & coffee before the wife woke up, so I could serve her breakfast in bed. Now, relaxing, waiting for streaming of our church.
Been saying I'll grow a beard - made it to the third day twice...
Do put on a pair of jeans to go out and dump the tanks every few days...
The highlight is when Swan's delivers more deserts...
Repeat...
I enjoy reading all of your adjusted home dressing and activity. I'm with you there. For me, I'm still busy teaching physics via the computer. Contact with my students, all over the St. Louis area, gives me that feeling of 'getting out'. We are even having a department meeting this evening. Hmmmm, I'll shave, put on a nice shirt, but do I really need to dress up below the waist line?

When we were getting food from Schwan's, their trucks used propane fuel, and they had a very distinctive smell.

A friend teaches at a college, and he uses Zoom.

My daughter works at a TV station and once told me the well dressed newscasters would sometimes wear cut-offs, bathing suits, etc. bottoms even when on the air.
I’ve had my full face beard since retiring from the Air Force in 1987.

Desert trails close by so me and my dog go for runs in my Jeep. Usually midday. When I get my graduated NDs I'll bring the camera gear along. Yep! Other off-roaders out there but we're all looking for a bit of solitude so no real close encounters. A nice escape.
Heck, I haven't worn pajamas since I was a little kid.
