Another, very simple and very tasty dinner too try! First I sauté mushrooms long enough till 1/2 stick of unsalted butter was gone, all eaten up by the mushrooms!
Next comes the Sea Scallops . . . melt 1/2 stick unsalted better in a 8" non stick frying pan. Turn the heat up to medium high, do not add the scollops yet! Wait till the butter starts to foam, becomes very hot. Once this happens add the scallops one at a time and do not move them in pan, wait 1 1/2 minutes.
Start turning to see if browning has started they should be browning, check one at a time please, do not even cook too long! Press scallop on top allowing a little spring . . .
Place sitting aside in a dish of mushrooms, add mushrooms to your fine serving dish! Add Sea Scallops on top of mushrooms all over . . . and sprinkle all over with, PROVENCE, Very Tasty Indeed! AP

I agree that this is a delicious looking meal. A full stick of butter. Wow, but at least no salt in it.
