What do you want to photograph? How much experience do you have in photography? What equipment, if any, do you already have? There are a lot of knowledgeable people on UHH who are willing to help, but as far as I know none can read minds.
There is a "Help" link at the top of the page that will help explain things. At the bottom of the page is an "All sections" link that take you to a list of all the sections available on UHH, you can subscribe to the sections you are interested in. One of the sections is FAQ. Many of the sections have their own rules and/or FAQ that pertain to that section at the top of the sections first page.

Hi and welcome to the hog! When you ask what is the best camera to choose it would make is much easier for us to help you by knowing what sort of pictures interest you, landscapes? sports? portraits? macro? and the list goes on. So anyways, where ya from, tell us a little about yourself. That's the normal protocol when joining this site as a new member.
First, welcome to UHH. In order to answer your question more accurately, we would need to know what you intend to photograph. In other words, do you want to photograph landscapes, birds in flight, sports, people, or just general snapshots of family, vacations, etc.? Knowing certain information will enable members to better answer your question.
Welcome to the Hog, enjoy.

Welcome and Good Luck Spong51......rent and try before you buy , otherwise check Utube reviews and tutorials. Often enough price can determine quality of a built system but not always. Be open to refurb'd and good used rigs from KEH & Adorama & eBay if you are careful and know what you are doing.
Good luck to you.
Welcome to the forum.
