Wow! None of my Devil's Tower photos are this dramatic, but I was shooting during a different time of day, but still, these are really nice.

Having been there about eight months ago, I can appreciate your comment. Just curious but when were the photos taken? The photos I have are not quite so striking and coorful as yours, my visit was on a sunny and bright day with just the right amount of some fluffy white clouds.

I have some Instamatic pictures that I took when I walked around Devils Tower, 27 years ago. On the short trail, you can literally touch the tower for most of the way around. I always wanted to walk the long 10 mile trail.
