Would you 100% trust a 25 year old unused piece of live saving equipment?
You mean none of our past leaders thought of that. I'm not saying there have been no mistakes. But what we are seeing now is that those mistakes started a generation ago. So we will get through this, and in twenty five years if this happens again we will be in the same positions.
One thing I know about most Americans, me included, we have short memories once the good times return.

Wrong. This is the UNITED States Of America.
If a foreign country landed troops on the shores of Alaska and Washington and Oregon, would you say, "Well, that's their problem. Nothing going on in my state, so let them handle it."? We have just such an invader in the form of a novel virus.
We're not talking about TP. We're talking about critical medical supplies required beyond any normal state of affairs.

You make a point. Trump does talk about the “tremendous” job his team , and selected others, are doing too.
Not really what anybody wants to hear at a time when people continue to die, and he doesn’t know what to do about it.
You don't want to announce that the people who are putting their lives on the line are not doing such a great job. That would encourage them to go to work the next day.
I guess the next election we need to vote for a genie who only has to snap their fingers.

I disagree. With hoarding, 499 people will not get any jam while one person has 12 times as much as he/she/it (must be politically correct) needs.
You could have just said "they" if you weren't trying to impress us with how judgmental you are.

Hopefully, you never get the virus. But, if you do, and you have a hard time finding a way to get tested, you will understand. Then when you become hospitalized (God forbid), and the hospital does not have an ICU bed because one is not available, or there's no ventilator to keep you alive, you may come to regret your blind loyalty to Mr. Trump. How about listening to how he treats the press and his experts, claiming that he knows more than they do. His arrogance is astounding.
Like I said...... The only danger to America is the fascist progressive movement of <69 IQ Clubber minds like yourself.
I will add that your crowd cannot read and comprehend very well, either.
I have posted many times, going back to pre-election, that Trump was not my horse and I didn’t support him. However he has done a very good job (unlike the last two).
As for the virus, beds, ventilators, etc., I would suggest the <69 IQ crowd like yourself learn to research and read and understand our system of government better. If you did you would discover that there are zero shortages in those areas that are not or have not been addressed. You would also find that the “dire needs” described on various CNN shows were not needs at all but were hoarding “wants” based on projections of faulty models in different states,
We are a federalist system....this means Governors set the mandates, localities carry them out, and the fed acts as a backstop to ASSIST when needed. This all pretty clear for those that can read.

It's a real hoot calling out you guys and watching you struggle to defend the indefensible. The fact is, he shouldn't even be at those everything since he has nothing useful to offer misleading information and insults to everyone who doesn't kiss his behind. This is not a president to be proud of and you guys who think he is so wonderful need to open your eyes. I'm done here.
Misleading....like the hydroxycloroquine?????
Or perhaps when he said NY didn’t need 40,000 ventilators????

Put a little harshly but spot on. TDS is an unfortunate byproduct of relying on cable news to reinforce your bias. A feeding frenzy. On the positive side we aren’t having to hear about the President being a Russian agent or “financial self serving” fantasies or colluding with the Russians or Ukraine. No more caterwauling about mishandling the border issue by following the law. They’ve stopped bitching about taking troops out of the Middle East too. The <69’s as you call them have been able, by pretzel logic, to tie xenophobia and racism into the current international health crisis started in and exacerbated by China. It took some work but they rose to the occasion and did it. Yesterday the well prepared STATE of Oregon sent ventilators to the ill prepared STATE of New York. Isn’t it interesting to see how the foreign policy experts of a month ago have morphed into epidemiologists and pharmacists. Haters just gotta hate.
