I know that's an unusual pairing but since we saw the cherry blossoms on the way to look for horses, I thought I'd put them together. We are fortunate that in Central Washington, there are still ways we can get outside while maintaining social distance. This area is primarily agricultural and borders the Yakama Indian Reservation. Both provide great photo opportunities when you get lucky. These horses are wild in the truest sense of the word. You usually have about 30 seconds to snap their picture.
When I posted these, I noticed that my ISO was set at 800 . . . far faster than I probably should have used but at least I ended up with a fast enough shutter speed to freeze them!
If you have a favorite, I'd appreciate knowing what it is and as always, I appreciate your critique. Thanks for looking and your time.

Love the horse images. I may have to drive over the mountains and look for them some day soon.

Very good work, Sally. That one horse seemed to enjoy being photographed. It also seems to be the better of the horse photos.

Excellent images, Sally! ALL very good, but the first one of the horse really speaks to me! He's saying, "Don't fence me in!"
Good job!!

Your wild horse images are fantastic. I live in the Seattle and would love to get over to the Yakima area to look for the horses. Any suggestions on areas to get to.

Of course this all is dependent on getting past the pandemic risks.
