I just came across a post that said Adobe is giving away 3 free months. I started an online chat through Adobe help. Chatted with a bot for a minute then got an agent who added 3 free months to my account. My next bill will be July. Yes it is that easy, just ask and they add 3 months to your existing subscription.
what did you ask the customer service agent?
I'm told only 2 months.

The agent said the 3 free months was only for existing customers. New customers wouldn't qualify for the 3 months...
Just got my 3 free months as well! I was ready for the Adobe rep to (politely) tell me I had been fooled. Just got the email confirmation.
Really, if you think this is an April Fool's prank, so what? You have nothing to lose. Took me less than 4 minutes on their chat.
I got 3 months added also. My son called when i had sent him an older link which offered 2 months. When I called they offered me 2 months. But I said a colleague had just gotten 3 months and could i get the same accommodation. Then - no problem he gave me 3 months also. Couldn't do the retroactive add on for my son making it 3 months after having credited 2 months to his account already.
Yup. I'm an existing customer. Was offered 2 months. Asked for 3. He gave me 3. See my post further down.
Worked for me! Three months free.
When I inquired I asked about the free three month offer. A few back and forth with a bot then an agent came on line and added the three months to my account.
A few moments later confirmation appeared in my email.
Thanks for posting - wasn't aware of this. Went on Adobe support, got an automated chat robot, and then a rep. Took about 15 minutes total. My annual renewal would have been coming up this month, and it's now in July.

Yep, it's real. Adobe is extending subscriptions for an additional 3 months. Contacted Adobe chat and asked for 3 month extension. They offered 2 months, I requested 3 months and they gave it. I got my confirmation email from Adobe.
Ron the skeptic has been proven wrong.
It's for new customers too but you have to pay for the first month as a customer then you get the 3 free months after you paid for one. It's how the rep did it for me. I told them I would keep using CS5 without the 3 free months and she immediately offered it to me. I got the confirmation email and the new account email within seconds of each other.
You have to download it and at least at first it works slower than my CS5 but I haven't really messed with the settings yet. You also get Lightroom, Bridge and a couple other programs for the $9.99 a month. My email confirmed that I wont be billed again until July 30th. So I paid for April but essentially get May, June and July for free.

I just did it was well. I had to sign up for the new version then they added the 3 months. What I did was get past the bots by typing in "I want get the 3 free months" and the bot would ask if I wanted to discuss billing. I put in no 3 times till I got an actual person. They walked me through setting up an account. I had to pay for the first month now and then she added the 3 months. My next bill wont be until July 30th. It's not an April Fools. They are offering 3 months even for new accounts.
