I've been to the Netherlands a number of times. Everyone in Amsterdam has a bicycle and there are special lanes and traffic lights to handle the bike traffic. The Dutch live longer and they are healthier because they ride everyday. They also have much better mass transit then anywhere else I've been.

I just got gas today and it's down to $168.00 in the section of SC I live in. It could go even lower, I hope.
