who has an alternative for t.p.
Where we live we have plenty of Rhododendrons growing all over. I have used the leaves for such a purpose
back when I was a young Whipper-Snapper and doing a lot of roaming in the woods.
The white blooming has bigger leaves than the red blooming. The leaves on
these are smaller.
Wait! You know. That may be what's wrong with me now!!
Crest, if in your area, is receiving trucks every 13 hours. If you get there at 6am or 7am you should be able to find some, I did.

We have about two rolls left. There isn't a store around that has any. So what do we use of instead of tp??
Remember we are both old (over eighty) and both of us have tender butts so catalogs are out and so are coffee filters, tried them, really bad news.
DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT use these!!!!! lol

We tried most of what has been mentioned, all with plenty of water and carried out to the dumpster almost immediately. Maybe we'll just have to bite the bullet and put up with for a while.
I'm checking the Dollar Stores in the morning.
All of our stores have been out of most paper products for weeks. Two days ago I was first in line at a local huge supermarket and the shelves didn't look like they had been touched. I got up a four thirty and was in line at five store opened at six. I brought my wife's walker that has a seat in the middle. I brought a good book and read by their lights as I waited, no eggs either but I did find hamburger so it wasn't completely for naught.
If you have a different idea let me hear it.

Try Walmart, Costco, target online. You may be able to find those rolls they use in public bathrooms.
Get yourself a large rubber ball syringe (I don't know the exact name, but get as large size as you can). Fill with warm water before you use toilet. Clean yourself as with a bidet.
Cost about $10, vs $$$ for bidet with water heater. Also, no plumbing required.
step into the shower afterward

old socks work well, used on day long backwoods romps on and off the motor. The advantage is they can be washed at home and reused, you do not have to come home with one sock. You may also want to look around at the dollar store or where ever for old fashioned cloth diapers, something the kids would never think of as wash and reuse
Your left hand followed by soap/water, a short gasoline rinse, 5 minute soak in 100% bleach, and 2 minutes in your microwave on 50% power.
RE: A bidet
Amazing that so many people in this country think that using a gentle stream of water to clean their ass after a bowel movement is less desirable, laughable, or somehow more shameful, than wiping it with a piece of paper using their hands. Lets hope they wash their hands afterward, but why not their asses?
Think about it!

Some places in Thailand use something similar.
Toto Washlet. Basic version lacks air dryer but more expensive versions include air drying. Easy to install. Very reliable. They do need 120v. plug somewhere in the vicinity of the toilet. Google them.

Kleenex. Works just a good and won't clog the toilet.
