Nice, but now that tune is stuck in my head.
It's a good shot, but remember that the eye always goes to the brightest spot in an image. I cannot "see" the flowers because my eyes keep wandering to the water. If you will tone down the water a lot and brighten up that larger flower stalk (2nd from left), I think it will be a great image.
I really like the way that the flower stalks tail off into the background, getting smaller and smaller
Thanks for posting!
My advice is.....just keep doin what you've been doing...so well! we all appreciate your talents.. RJM
I didn't even see the water until someone mentioned it. All in the beholder here.

Bright spots are one of the 12 points that Professional Print Judges always look for in an image. In my limited experiences in print judging competitions, they are usually spot-on with the list. One of the points is that it is a natural tendency for the eye to go to the brightest point in any photograph. That's why the subject is made the brightest part and the backgrounds are slightly darkened, even to the point of having the image vignetted around the subject--in order to hold your eyes onto the subject and not "let them wander away". In this case here, the flowers are already darkened on the edges of the photo, so I didn't feel like this was an issue. However, the water does draw your eyes from the flowers.
I always enjoy your work. 👍👍
I can see clearly, now....Great shot, Ed.
