With all that hose, it sure does look like some kind of a gas powered, portable pump. But then why the apparent tank that it sits on? Fuel for the engine? Seems like a lot of fuel for such a small engine.

To my knowledge, only farming currently done on this site is haying and that is taken care of by someone not associated with the park. This thing has sat is place for at least three years or so, since I have been walking on the farm.
