Probably not. We also have gray squirrels in MN. I have family in Iowa and those squirrels are "red." Go figure.
Cute little guy but nope no warranty. If you ever get your hands on one you will need medical insurance.

There are gray, red and fox squirrels. Of course that does not include a number of separate ground squirrels or flying squirrels.
