Great info, I enjoy reading your narration that goes with the photos, which are once again very nice. Love the baby elephant!

Thanks Beth ... high praise coming from someone who in my opinion, did such a bang-up job posting African wildlife. I felt very lucky to capture that practically newborn nursing on it's mother (they say the grow quickly, so they're only a week or two old if they can still walk under Mama's belly). I also thought the one of the baby holding onto Mama's tail was kinda neat. Thanks for the visit & comment.

It must have been wonderful to see the rhinos. I did see two in Kruger but they were a very long distance away and I didn't get any usable photos. Good on you!

Thank you ... & same comment to you as to Beth above ... I'm pleased with your comments as I thought you also posted some exquisite shots from Africa. And just wait ... if you like photos of Rhino's, Keith (RetiredCPO) got some great ones of both the Black & Southern White. Watch for his posts. On the flipside, I bet if I went back & reviewed your posts, you likely captured animals that I/we didn't. So no regrets.

I appreciate the visit & the comment.

I've gotten to go to Kenya in 2016, and was blessed to see both White and Black rhinos, elephants, and countless others at 3 different parks. Congrats on what I know was a thrilling adventure for you.

Thank you ... it was a terrific adventure ... & we saw all but 2 of the bigger animals I hoped to see ... the only thing missing were Crocs & Leopards. I think Keith (RetiredCPO) is going to some posts on things I haven't done, like the other types of Rhinos & Hippos. It was a wonderful trip & I'm ready to go again. Thanks for the comment. Sounds like your trip was longer & you covered more ground. Think I'd like to do that type of trip next.

If my June vacation to Spain is cancelled I might add some cash and go to Kenya...however that country is also affected be the coronavirus, albeit only 3 cases so far - seems like more and more cases pop up everywhere you look. One site I look at by John Hopkins and another one by CNN are jarring to look at - one on CNN shows a time line starting Feb 29 - present that shows how the disease has spread. Truly scary. Currently my tour company has cancelled all trips through April.

I think it's going to take us some time to work through this ... a recent study in Washington, suggested 18 months with recurring waves of infections. But I'm old enough to remember my Grandfather, who was a country doctor, doing rounds during the Influenza Epidemic in 1918-19. That was horrible ... with a substantial loss of life. But we got through it & we'll get through this. So while I suspect it will take a bit of time before the tour business opens up again, I hope you do take a tour to Kenya ... it was an amazing experience & I hope to go back again. Thanks for the visit & comment.
