I believe they have the ability to suspend all trading. If not, closing the exchange is useless.

Ship of state is out of control and it the middle of the night with a very bad storm coming it way. That what I was thinking when I was on the tv that will be no March madness .

Oh no, Formula One is cancelled, at least for Australia. That one hurts the worst for me. Don't know if NHRA will do the same...hope not.
