Very nice. I sang with my church choir a concert in Llandudno back in 2007, but we did not see much of the city.

Do they send crews out every morning to groom the beaches there, Jim? I donβt think Iβve ever seen a beach that neat over here.

Beautiful set Jim. (Trying not to show my ignorance), but what does Orme mean?
Thank you very much for for taking the time to look in and comment Jan I always appreciate it.Glad you liked them and the word Orme is an old Viking name for "Serpent".If you look carefully at the first photo you will see that just past the Grand hotel and on to the sea it looks very much like a crocodiles head or as the Vikings called it "Orme"or "Serpent".Hope I haven't baffled you with this.
Jim:
Beautiful shots, great colors and definition. We were there a few years ago for an all-too-brief visit.

Great images!!
They brought back a rush of memories from a young man's (me!) 1977 bicycle trip in the British Isles. I recall the Grand in those days had a traditional English dance band, and stereotypical English resort comedian on stage. The couples dancing were all what I considered "old timers" (much younger than I am today!!).
Of course my amateur images are scanned from slides and never compared to your excellent work!.
