Kit Interesting but true gooble de gook from page 107. I read and understood it, but then it came to my mind that the whole document 5,931 pages is the same type of legal gibberish. Does anyone really completely understand all of it? Pelosi's statement, "We have to pass it to see what is in it," was not a very intelligent statement.
And I just can't wait until the unrestrained and unaccountable bureaucrats in Washington (who just do what they want -par for the course) start messing with this thing. Good intentions or not, this is how the tax code got so complex, and it used to be shorter than this. Call the IRS 5 times and you will get 5 different answers. Tie on your hardhats, the hurricane is coming with cans and cans and cans of worms.
This is the real reason government should not be involved with things like this.
Government should defend our borders, deliver some mail, regulate commerce only as needed then stay the heck out of our lives.

If you checked Snopes, or any other verification site, you'd know that the drivel both your rants of today claim is true, are not.
