‘A’ was a typo.

‘MPB.com’ is a web-site.
Going there should be self-explanatory.

I am sure he meant mpb.com, a well-known company that buys and sells used photo equipment.

If you mean MPB then they are a fair and highly regarded trader.

No problem with MPB. I traded two lens three weeks ago to reduce the out of pocket for a lens purchase. They accepted my estimate of condition and were very quick in processing the transaction. I highly recommend them.

Agreed, I have had good experiences working with them as well as KEH and Adorama. Since I have a Fuji X-H1 I have to check more sources to find what I'm looking to buy.

You are right. Yet there will always the 10% that lurks in the corner.

I have heard of mpb.com from this forum. They are reputable. Not too long ago, a woman member on the forum, purchased a mint condition Nikon SB-5000 flash unit for less than $400. She even posted photos of her purchase. That flash unit sells new for $596. Another website, I have recommended to two friends, is KEH. They are reputable for selling used lenses for good prices. MPB or KEH, I would say you are OK, dealing with either.

I’ve found them great and easy to work with. I’m expecting an email with a FedEx label today so I can ship a trade-in tomorrow. I’ll probably have my new lens by the end of the week.

Used them a number of times over the years and they are a good company. On occasions when have not been happy with their offers when I want to sell so have used the London Camera Exchange and got a better price
