I'm going back through old photos and experimenting with Luminar 4. It's slow but capable of a lot. I especially like the sky replacement tool. This was a blown out bright blue sky and made the shot rather underexposed on the lighthouse and shore. I'm not an expert on Luminar 4 yet and I need a faster CPU, but I'm happy with the results.

Beautiful. I'd dodge the top of the lighthouse a little.

Thanks, @Fotoartist. I did try that and liked it less.

Amazing shot! I am still learning how to use luminar 4 myself and would be very very happy with a shot like this!
