I did it. Pulled the trigger on a Z7. I couldn't pass up the $600 savings, plus $200 savings on the FTZ adapter, plus the free XQD card, plus Payboo. Now I have another decision to make today while KEH has their 10% off Nikon and Canon deal. Do I go with native glass, $658 for the the 24-70 f4 Z mountin EX+ condition, or do I go faster and get the 24-70 2.8 AF-S for $810?
Congrats on you new camera. Tough choice on the lens. Buy an optically superior lens, smaller lighter lens, but it only fits one camera body and is slower, or buy a faster, but slightly lower optical quality lens, that fits multiple bodies.
Why did you buy the Z system? What are you planning to shoot with it? Maybe the answers to those questions will help inform your decision.
