Very well done. Lovely picture of a beautiful baby and daughter.
Yeah the lighting is everything don’t you agree?

It also says something about the connections between the photographer, his assistant and the subjects. I hope you have this one appropriately mounted, framed and displayed.
TheShoe....What an insightful analysis of this photo. Thank you so much for examining it the way you have done. It is not yet mounted or framed or displayed yet but it should be.

Here is a photo of my daughter in law and grand daughter. My professional photographer son did the lighting and I really like the way this one turned out. It has a tender mood about it. You can almost feel the love the mother has for her newborn daughter.
This one looks best in download mode.
I did download it and it looks even better. Your DiL is a great model and I applaud your son's capability. Frame it, hang it and remember it.

Great idea! I will do it!
"There’s not much more tenderness than a mother and a newborn baby..."
Yes this is due primarily to the hormone Oxytocin which dramatically peaks during childbirth...
Widely know as the "cuddle hormone"... it's effects are extremely well documented...
btw, Please have patience with me Brent...
I have been totally consumed tutoring an recently graduated Nurse through her NCLEX-RN exam...
Yes Oxytocin and it's effects are on the NCLEX-RN exam... (and yes she just passed thls exam)
btw, your team's use of chiaroscuro has taken this breathtaking rendering entirely over the top...
So poignant... so enigmatic... so beautifully done...
You are now truly capturing your sitters at a commercial level...
Have you considered submitting this to PhotoVOGUE Italia?
https://www.vogue.it/en/photovogueI feel they would be very interested in showcasing this albeit when Italy comes out of lock-down...
Please pray for all our courageous health care workers who are currently in harms way...
My colleague has just started her career as an ICU Nurse...
In the vortex of the Covid 19 crises...
Again thank you for sharing this masterwork Brent...
All the best on your journey...
