Installing Photodex ProShow

Yes - I know they went out of business.
This is more of a computer question.

I have ProShow installed on several computers.
I just got a new computer and I'd like to get ProShow onto it.
Normal install requires Internet registration but their website is closed.
Is there any way to copy the install from one computer to another (program and modules)

Not easily. Part of program installation registers the various items & .dll's into the operating system so that computer knows how the program "talks" to its various components. Simply copying the files and directory structures does not perform the registration function.

Assuming we are talking Windows machines, EaseUS has reasonably priced software to migrate applications from one computer to another.

Thanks. a pro
Can it do it on an individual program basis or only on a disk or partition basis?

Even though they have closed the doors, they did leave up the registration server just for that purpose. For how long ???
But if you have your registration code, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Did that work for you?

I notice that on the photodex.com website you can still download ProShow Gold and ProShow Producer, as well as several Style, Effects and Transition Packs. Is this where you got your "install files"? I'm curious because I have ProShow Gold on an older laptop but not on my new one.
