I've posted another view of the Dechutes River, in Tumwater, Wa. But instead of converting to black & white, the colors are simply too nice. However, to be honest, the clouds were copied from a photo in Arizona and pasted into this photo with the help of Luminar 4. If left alone, the blank soft blue sky was terribly boring. So, after lots of minor adjustments to the rest of the photo and some cropping, this popped out. I also used a 10 stop ND filter to enhance the softness of the river flow. I forget how long the exposure was, but probably around 5 - 10 seconds. There is a long human history of the river and falls, and was featured on the advertising of Olympia Beer for decades; always noting "It's the water". Comments are always welcome.
