They ranged a bit. Most were at 1/400th, the earlier ones I started at 1/250. Happy with it? I think so.

I would have done 1/1000 minimum. Next time try it for waves. Thanks.

I have...and decided that sometimes I want more movement, not stop action. I shot as fast as I did due to the light conditions. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

Great shots. It must have been a lot of fun shooting all this...until you ran out of memory card space. Your quick thinking saved your day.

You have just learned the Golden Rule of location photography, NEVER SHOW UP WITHOUT SPARES. That means batteries, film-memory cards, cameras, tripod, filters, flashes, cables, etc., etc.! Nice save though, good shots.
