Yep. I can't ID the bug but I can compliment you on the shot.
That's a sharp shot! It's a parasitic wasp, perhaps a Braconidae, but there are several other families of small parasites. Don't have my library with me, so I can't help more. I suggest sending to Bugguide.net for ID, the large eyes, small head, very long thorax, wide hind tibia, and fairly short ovipositor should help, all very clear in your photo. Only the wing venation is lacking.
