Glad your live and kicking. I have a personal rule.
I never break from my children or relatives or friends.
Right now it is a little dicey with my son and her wife.
I have 5 grandchildren and never give up on keeping
in touch. Anger and divisiveness are painful and
not good for your health.
Live you life with an open heart.

Hi all. About 3 weeks ago, I started feeling lousy. Two weeks ago, I collapsed in my apartment. It's because of my vigilant friend and neighbor who happened to check on me right then, that I'm still here. By the time the EMT's got there, I'd quit breathing and had no heartbeat. Thanks be to God, I'm still here and on the mend.

Bob

That is a God sighting for sure. PTL that you are here to write this!

Thank you all for your kind responses. The best part is, it brought my two oldest children back to me. My being a stubborn old fool, drove them away several years ago. Even a stubborn old fool can learn.

Sorry to hear this Bob,
Glad everything has worked out well and you are on the mend.
Looking forward to seeing more of your post's here on the UHH.
Nothing better than to still being able to look down at the grass rather than looking up at the bottom side of the grass.

I am glad your children are back with you but let's not forget it does still take two to continue a separation. Perhaps they are just as stubborn as you.

I never forget it was my family that did and still does put the FUN in DysFUNctional.

They are stubborn for sure but I've capitulated.
