Thanks.
I found Govan Mani in Durban, but could not find any screen protectors. Looks like it is a major dealer there.
I hoped to find out the brand as I do not order outside U.S.
I can order on Amazon and return if it doesn't work, but that could be ordering/replacing until I find one that does.

Vello glass screen protectors go for 12-25 $ essentially free, as far as camera stuff is concerned. And worth every penny.
Hi John
I will contact Govan Mani tomorrow to see what they advise

I dropped my Pentax Q-7 MILC. The screen now has a scratch, but it shows only when the camera is off - not when it is lit - so the ‘problem’ is more cosmetic than anything else. On the other hand, I’ve managed to break two phone screens, but they still worked. I’m not ready to put a protector on every screen I own, especially I don’t know how good a protector has to be to prevent the problems I’ve had.
I went up on Amazon and selected a .3mm 9H tempered glass screen protector for Nikon 5600. I asked for user inputs if that product would allow the articulated screen to close properly on D5600 and got a number of confirmations from several D5XXX owners so I ordered it. BTW, I have one on my android phone and it does not interfere with touch-screen function so that was not a concern.
I just installed it and the articulated screen does close and lock.
My recommendation is to select one on Amazon, then ask the question if the articulated screen will close and lock with the screen toward the camera (the protected position) for your specific camera. If it does, you should get several responses for that specific product.
Then watch the Youtube videos on how to install the screen protector before installing.
