I bought a Nest nt6324CT CF in last Jan, 2019 after reading glowing reviews on UHH. After the 3rd outing the meddle twist leg lock ring separated from the tripod. I can't screw it back on, so the bottom half of the ring can grasp the leg but the top half just slides off (yes, the white clips are properly attached). Where can it be serviced?
Reach out to who you bought the tripod from. Or, member = MT Shooter.

Most camera stores (rare but still around) will have someone who speaks "tripod". I did the same thing to one leg of my Nest - grabbed it and twisted the wrong way and unscrewed the joint. It took a bit of experimenting but I got it back together after several tries.
Is that the relatively inexpensive tripod on Amazon that we all talked about? if so, chg canon's idea to go back to Amazon might be a good one, assuming you can't fix it yourself.
If robertjerl's answer doesn't work, try posting a photo or two showing the problem. If it can be put back together, the photos might help someone give you a good "how to" answer. I wish you luck.

I had the same issue. An engineer friend of mine figured out how to put it back together correctly. I had it "almost right". I am very careful now about how I twist the locks!
I did, bur custer's camera cottage is no longer in operation. He retired. He did respond but had no spare twit leg lock rings any more.
I haven't had any luck (despite many attempts) to screw it back on. How did you accomplish that feat?

I carefully and slowly unscrewed one of the other leg locks and carefully pulled it far enough out so I could see how things were arranged. Then slide that one back together and put the first one together the same way. The plastic shim is a tight fit so it took a few tries to get it right.

Seeing the above description jogged my memory. I have a small CF Gitzo, a medium sized CF Hakuba, and a couple of sets of twist lock trekking poles, and I've had 'em all apart at one time or another. Inside, they're all very similar in construction. On a lark, I just googled "reassemble a carbon fiber tripod leg," and found this youtube on maintaining (=disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling) a Really Right Stuff tripod twist lock:
