Bought 4 packs of Epson Premium Glossy. Didn't realize at first, but package was dropped /mishandled in transit.
All paper was bent in one corner. At first I thought I was loading carelessly. 2 packs later realized all packs dameged.
Called Epson a week ago. Info taken by rep on phone. Stated I would hear. NOTHING!!
What do I do,please?
Thanks for reading. Thanks for help.

The question is what are Epson’s terms? If they sell to you FOB origin (as probably most merchants do), you own it as soon as it leaves their shipping dock, and your claim is with the shipping company. If they ship FOB destination, then it is their responsibility. Take a look at their terms and conditions on the order to find out, or call and ask.
If it was damaged in transit then you will need to claim the damages to the shipping company. Hopefully, you still have the box or tracking number for your package. Some kind of proof for the company who delivered your package so you can start a claims on it.
Oh!! Like to add. 4 packs were packed in a box that was the exact size of paper. Therefore, no padding or packing around paper such as bubble wrap or kraft paper.
Is that a factor in my "beef"?

That’s strange. I order from Epson all the time and their photo paper is always bubble wrapped. Never received anything damaged. I would go after the shipping company.

First, I would contact Epson again and ask to talk to someone who can resolve your issue, or, e-mail their customer service dept. Be persistent. Leaving a message is usually a non-productive method simply because people are often busy and returning calls either gets put off or forgotten. Talk with the shipping company also. See what their take is on it. Be polite. These things happen and are usually resolved easily. No one wnts to deal with a customer who is rude or threatening, even if the customer is right.
The damage you describe most likely happened in-transit. I have had similar experiences from time to time and while the delivery company has usually been at fault it has been the shipper that has made good on it. If you have photos to verify any damage or deficient packaging offer to send them.
The last time I had an order damaged it was from Chewy.com.
I simply took photos of the damage, contacted the company by e-mail and included the photos. I heard back in a few hours. They re-sent the entire order, no charge, even though only one item of the original order was damaged with no actual loss of product. Hopefully, Epson will handle your issue as well as Chewy handled mine.

Have the outer box. Have the paper packs. Have some paper left that has "bent" corner.
Thanks for yr help!! God bless!!

As an alternative, if the bend is not too severe and you are not printing border-less you can try to reverse the bend by hand. You will want the result to be as flat as possible and if still bent at all the bend should be slightly downward. You will also want the bent edge to be the trailing edge as it leaves the printer.
I managed to bend the corner of a box of 13x19 paper and I found this works well.
A heavy weight on the paper may help with the problem...books come to mind. Good luck!
You can get OEM Epson paper and ink cheaper from other vendors than directly from Epson. I use
https://www.itsupplies.com. When they ship 13x19 paper, they pack the boxes well padded in a larger box.

I order my paper from B and H. They always pack it carefully and I have never had a problem. I suspect that if there was a problem they would replace the paper. Perhaps consider them for future orders.

This happened to me also when I ordered 4 packs of Epson paper from B&H! They sent them in an ordinary box with No padding! All had corner damage! B&H replaced them.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. Epson replaced the paper promptly.

Claim will have to be with the carrier......IF they will deal with you now. Physical damage should be noted on receipt of the package.
