For those Hogs who love to photograph reenactments, the Huntington Beach Historical Society will again host a reenactment of the Revolutionary War on February 15 and 16, 2020. If you've never been, the attention to detail on the part of the participants is just amazing. I took a 24-70 for detail work and a 70-200 for long shots.
Unfortunately, I have an entangling event in LA and cannot go. 😥

We have a REAL reenactment here in Greensboro, NC (the Battle of Guilford Courthouse every March and it takes place adjacent to the real battlefield. It's quite a show. Which WAS a turning point in the war.

Foathog, who was Beverly Hills and what did she have to do with the American Revolution? I know the story of Molly Pitcher and Betsy Ross but have never heard of Beverly Hills before. Zounds, UHH is a never-ending source of new information, at times I am underwhelmed by the plethora of information available on this site.
