Congrats. She is pointing at wings. Does she plan to go into aviation?
Yes. This was at the graduation for flight training at Corpus. She’s now fully qualified.
She will be the first woman in Naval history to pilot the Mercury (doomsday plane). The most secure and deadly platform in existence. There are only 22 aircrews for that aircraft. So, an exclusive group in numerous ways and an unbelievable responsibility.
All do to her parents instilling values.
Great story of a great young lady! I think Naval Aviators are the best. I fixed their planes for 23 years, so I know. Please tell her that an old maintenance officer said, "Well done!"

Congratulations to you and her and thank her for her service to our country.
Congrats to her, and well done 👍
Fantastic accomplishment. I would say best of luck but ... luck has nothing to do with it.
Your description was great, but you left out PRETTY.
God bless her and watch over her!

I can imagine how proud you are of this very special lady. I spent 26 years as a civilian aerospace engineer doing in-service engineering on Navy airplanes.
