I don't know what happened but somehow my photo did not attach to the original Steel City post. I'm attaching it here---I hope.
I couldn't get outside today because of the rain, so I visited the Steel City :-)

Don't know. I think it may be that all the steel towers don't sit flat and they have some slight tilts.
