Let me start by saying that I read this blog almost every day. I get up usually by 6:00 a.m. and read and drink coffee until I walk the dog. So, why have I not posted more photos? Well, I have a laptop on my lap in front of the TV, and it has the past year or so of photos. But the real treasure is on the desktop where over 40K photos reside. So, reading in the past week, I saw a post where the OP mentioned using the command line to move stuff around. I decided to take all the photos from the desktop and copy them to a external drive. Now I can show off (?) some of my past photos. Here is one from my big vacation in 2009. Old Faithful shot so you can see the water drops. Enjoy. Best seen in download.

Great shot...look forward to seeing more of your photos!
Great shot, and you were certainly on the right side of the geyser.
Great. Hoping to see lots more.
Wonderful shot, thanks for keeping the water drops, to m they make all the difference in a photo and give me the feeling of being there with you. thanks again
Congratulations on breaking the inertia! I'm not being sarcastic - I know how hard it can be to step out of the rut and try something unfamiliar. I hope you enjoy and take advantage of your newfound access. Thanks for sharing this photo...and hope to see more!
