Great image...those “Glacial erratics” have been suspended in time for somewhere in the vicinity of ten to eleven thousand years!
They were likely seen by the occasional mammoth as it stepped across that narrow gorge...and maybe by hunter-gatherers whose ancestors crossed the Beringia land bridge from Asia. Those stones really conjour up some wonderful images out of time!
