An absolutely great shot. Honorable mention for sure and maybe better!
Well done

I like it with the out stretched wings.
Incredible - perfect timing...
You've done a good job catching the bird's action with his wings stretched out. Good positioning of the bird in the frame. Could I suggest running it through a denoise program. Upon download, it shows noise, especially in the green of the trees and the underside of the out stretched wings. It's nice you had your camera handy at work. I like how you eliminated distracting elements and made the bird unquestioningly the subject. Bev
Looks great to me. I would have loved to have taken it.
Great pic! Although seems I'm always suggesting crop, this seems a bit tight and symmetrical, and I think more "launch room" on the left would add some dynamic.

Love the shot! I’d be proud of it. The one thing I think I might try in processing is to desaturate the green, leaving the tree but placing more of the emphasis on the hawk.
I agree with Sally D here. I like everything about the photo, but I feel that the tree could use a little less emphasis by desaturating it some.
