Clearly you are asking us to put the shoe on our own foot. I am another who views the entire misfortunate event as an accident, the woman was not drinking and driving, it was an accident. Possibly compensation is in order for the family, but there is no justice in sentencing this woman to any type of jail or prison term.

You have your facts wrong. It was an American in Great Britain. The whole thing stinks to high heavens. She is guilty, admitted to it, but has fled back to the U.S. and is claiming diplomatic immunity.

Should be extradited but probably won't be because according to current international law she does indeed have diplomatic immunity.

My reply to Frank was 100% accurate based on the OP.
