I'm about 80 miles north of Roberts Camera's two stores. Nothing but good experiences with the store and the people. Have purchased used equip. and just like the face to face transaction.

I've never done business with Roberts, but I've relied on Dynalight studio strobes for about 20 years. Right now I own 5 packs and 9 heads. Each pack, when purchased new, has had something malfunction early. After being repaired they've worked nearly perfectly. I've used or owned many other manufacturers equipment and they do get hauled and shipped but come out fighting for me and they are fairly light too

I have made one major purchase from Roberts, an expensive used lens, and everything went well. It was at least as good as the description, the price was appropriate and at least competitive or better than most, and the customer service was excellent. I can join the list of those who would recommend them.

I live between the two brick and mortar stores of theirs. I always get treated well in the store, never felt like I was being pushed into something. It's also a good place to sell stuff that needs to move to make more room for a GAS attack. They have a great eBay presence also.

I’ve made a couple of eBay purchases from them. Items have (in my opinion) been slightly better than described, prices fair, and shipping relatively quick. If I see they are the seller, I’m nit worried at all about the purchase. Good to hear of their reputation at brick and mortar locations too!

Have purchased two Pro-Level Nikkor telephoto zoom lens from them...
Exactly as described, in fact one was listed as Excellent and looks/functions Like New... the other was listed as Very Good and had pristine clear glass and function extremely well considering it's age...
They ship in a timely manner and package very carefully... lots of padding...
I used them as a result of a personal recommendation from a colleague... he was spot on...
