The Costco and Sam's Club near me have eliminated their in store photography department. It is all on line now. I recently used Mpix for holiday gifts and the shipment was delayed because UPS delivered it to the wrong PO. Mpix customer service was wonderful. Kept in touch with me and when 2 days went by without the shipment they printed it again and shipped it with FedEx. I recently saw a list of online places to have images printed and Mpix was 10th out of 10. Where do you get your prints if you don't print them yourself? Thanks in advance.

Yep, SAMs no longer has an in store processing capability. We designed our 2019 Christmas card on their website and hit the send button on 7 Dec. Response was they would have them in our local store on the 14th. A few days beyond that date we started calling our local store and was informed that they were not in. Finally called a headquarters customer service number and found out that they had contracted them out to Fuji and because of the volume they ran out of envelopes - the cards were ready but no envelopes however they expected to gets them soon. They issued us a 15 dollar gift certificate for our inconvenience. By the 20th we were still without cards to send out. Another call to them ensued with same message and this time we got a 20-dollar certificate. Desperate now I called Staples and asked about on-site printing. They could do it if I bring in a jpeg file. Hurriedly designed a card, had them print out two 5x7 cards on each photo paper page, cut them out myself, and by using leftover envelopes from previous years, mailed 35 out on Sat the 21st. Guess most of them got there on time. Oh by the way, on the 26th got a call from SAMs local announcing the arrival of our cards. Thanks but no thanks.
