Hi,
We just retired from Minnesota (cold) to sunny Arizona. I joined a local camera club & birding club; and just bought a Panasonic FZ80 bridge Camera.
I am enjoying learning how to take better photos and sight-seeing. We have such a large variety of Birds & Hummingbirds to see here.

If you plant a shrub within a few feet of the feeder you can often get photos of the hummingbirds on a natural perch not just the feeder itself. Also planting with hummer friendly flowers in the area helps.

We just moved East (don’t ask why) after living 10 years in GV. It’s a photographer’s heaven. Blue Bells will attract hummers and the feeder will also attract bats at dusk. If you want a real challenge, try catching images of bats flitting by - that’ll test your auto-focus!
