It's very appropriate. A'holes are everywhere. I recently almost killed one. It was dark out and he was crossing the street at the corner with his face buried in his phone.

A friend almost hit a man with her car. He was wearing all black and walking in the road near a turn.

I came to the stop sign and prepared to turn left at the intersection. I turned my wheel and then got a strange feeling. My brain could not ascertain what the odd motion that was occurring so I slowed down while into the turn. Well! There he was all dressed in black shoes, black pants, black coat and a black hoodie. Remember, it was pretty dark out and my headlights were still shining
into the curve and not directly at the a'hole. He was at the other side when I lowered my window and said Hey, Pal. Do you know I could not see you at all when you were crossing? Get a flashlight! If I had blown through the 4-way stop sign like most drivers do in the neighborhood, I surely would have hit him head on. And, it would have been MY fault! Sheesh! Mine was the only car around at that particular moment.
I've got a couple more examples I could tell you about in recent weeks.
They are everywhere!

I know children, have no knowledge of of perceived inappropriate use of words.

Your ten year old Grandson probably hears a lot worse than that at school.

I wonder if that is an actual sign or some clever PS work. I can't imagine that remaining there for more than a few minutes.

SImilar signs should be out there, everyday and in every town.

I agree with Merlin1300's classification... there are those who are intentionally thoughtless with respect to other people in the world; the others are just dolts.

A similar thing happened to me last year, a woman was jogging down the sidewalk after dark in complete black (including hood and gloves) as I turned into a parking lot. I saw her at the last minute and stopped in time, but she yelled at me (and then ran off). It might have been my fault if I hit her, but she would have been the one that ended up in the hospital.

It looks Photoshopped.

I agree...Photoshopped. If you scrutinize the letters, you will see little red specs at the exact same place in each of the same letters. A true electronic sign wouldn't have such exactness in the letters.
