Approximately 4 to 5 years ago, I purchased my Canon 50D body at a Ritz store for 20% off list during a Washington's birthday sale. Had to drive 40 miles to the store, but it was worth it.

I'll bet you're neither a Veteran, a middle income person or an elder awaiting retirement. If you are any of those things, I could add a few adjectives that would not be philanthropic or kind like Romney's view of the world (as he sees it)

Mabe the Ritz store I go to is an exception but I make it a point to stop in even when I'm not buying anything, just to b.s. to the sales person about cameras. If they close, I'll be dissapointed.

Being retired and on the so-called entitlement program (that I paid into all my working life) I don't trust Romney any further than I can throw him.

and you trust barry who never worked a day in his life in a real job? how about that 750 million dollar barry medicare cut? how about that 16 trillion dollar debt? the fact that medicare is going to run out of money by 2020, or the fact that most people on social security use up what they paid in to the system in their first 2 years. trust romney way more then our secret muslim in chief, tax and spendaholic, worthless president with his race baiting plagirist of a vice president. Not just the worst president ever (handely beating jimmy carter, which is a miracle) but worst politician ever in the history of the world.

I don't trust either one; however Romney already stated the republican mantra which would reform the entitlement systems. Now, if they don't touch the citizens who are on social security and Medicare then what do I care about it, however if they cut either one of these programs to the 60,000,000 citizens who are on it we have a problem. And don't tell me it is us who caused the problem, during the Carter presidency it was the Politian’s then that raided the SS dollars by taking it out of the private fund and placing it into the public fund so they could misuse the excess money at the time. And by the way SS isn't paying me what I put in to it (two years my ass), it will take over 20 years of SS payments to just get the amount I paid never mind intrest.

Looks like you drank the Romney Koolaid and chugged it down good. Keep this in mind. The same guy who was handed a rich kid deferrment to do MISSIONARY work in France and wouldn't fight for his country, may now be the one to reward those who did by cutting disability benefits and healthcare benefits. Here's a guy who said publically that he thinks the MIDDLE class are those earning between $200,000 and $250,000 a year. This is the Romney view of the world. He's lookin through two Circular polarizing filters and six rose colored glasses. They are playing to an audience of rich puppets and may just be the least believable puppeteers in history. But the folks who really confuse me are those who truly ARE the middle class, $40,000- 60,000 per year and choose to cut their own throats because they believe Paul Gepetto and the Nose vaulter. I must admit, it will be entertaining to see the Dianne Sawyer interviews with the new first lady, second lady, third lady, fourth lady etc etc. These liars have been exposed this week and even their own party can't sprint for cover fast enough. And, by the way, in all likelihood, you are among the 47% Willy doesn't care about and this is the new new deal that's about to run all over you. He was the perfect candidate to be the guy to raid struggling companies books, squeeze out the last drop of blood and distainfully dismiss those now unemployed as victims and not capable of determining their own future. This is what the founding fathers foresaw when they warned of mixing issues of church and state. Religious zealots turned overzealous judgement makers. This is the best the GOP could come up with as their guy for the oval office? Well, now they'll pay the price both in that office and in the House of Reps. Romney just might be the best thing to happen to the Dems in many years. It sure has been fun to watch him squirm. As Ed Shultz brilliantly put it. He was not only born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but a silver foot as well. Yeah, let's get back to talking cameras and keep the spewing to yourself.

Amen, Brucej67 I spent almost 18 years as a CEO for a corporation in Salt Lake City. I came to know many Mitt Romney's.

I thought this was a thread about Ritz/Wolf camera stores, how the hell did it turn into a political discussion?

It was until the Obama loonies and Romneyites hijacked it!

I know because I am the original poster of the thread.

Oh, I stand corrected. I mistakenly took it as a discussion about rich wolves.

Ok...I don't understand what being in the middle class or military has to do with it but......with a household income of around 80k....how does that change your statement?
Oh...I'm57 and my wife is 59...close enough? So now...please educate me as to Romneys view of the world!

I am sorry sir. My remarks have gone way off topic but in my defense, I was reacting to other remarks that were off topic. I firmly believe there is so much on the line this election cycle (like my childrens' and grandchildren's future as well as this whole country) that I find myself compelled to respond. To be honest.....I would gladly throw away all of my camera equipment (my favorite and most expensive toys) if doing so would guarentee a Romney victory.
