B & H - I know that most of you here already know what great service B & H provides but it never hurts to re-state it!
I recently purchased the Z50 two lens kit from B & H. Everything went perfectly smooth. The camera arrived on time and in excellent condition. However, just a few days ago I was on their web site and realized that the camera with an accessory package was the same price as I paid without the extras. I sent an email to B & H and they acted quickly to take care of this for me.
Today I received a very nice small Think Tank camera bag, a fast 64GB memory card and filters to fit both lenses. I felt like it was Christmas all over again!

I have been dealing with the folks at B&H for nearly 40 years and have no problems with their customer service, speed in delivery or condition of any package. Customer service is second to none and when I ask a stupid question, they come up with an informed answer. I'm sure Adorama and others have similar attributes but I always ask myself: Do I go with the known or the unknown? And now they offer a way to avoid state sales tax (Florida and Virginia) by using a credit card (Payboo). Check it out. They foot the sales tax and you pay the credit on the card (Synchrony Bank) but there's no payment plan. You just pay the bill when it is due in full. Shipping is always free on orders over a certain amount. KUDOS

I have always had good experience with B&H (and with another big-name store). The Saturday before Christmas I jumped on a deal (other vendors had the same deal to be fair), for a Canon 5D Mark IV with battery grip and 64GB SD card. Anyway, they were offering free next day shipping, so I placed the order on Saturday 22 Dec at 9:07AM and by that day at 5:25, I received notification it had shipped via FedEx. At 12:27 on Christmas Eve, the 24th, the FedEx guy was at the door - just in time for Christmas. If I'm ever in NYC it is on my list to visit their store.

We never get tired of hearing it and it just acts as an added incentive for us to continue to strive daily to raise the industry bar for stellar customer service both before and after the sale.
