Someone asked this end-of-year question last year. I guess I get to ask for 2019. Filtering by 2019 as the shooting date, I get "20 lenses" in my LR catalog spread over 1587 images and three cameras, but that count is skewed by the use of extenders. The EF 300 f/2.8L IS II comes in as my #1 when the two extended configurations are merged along with the lens alone, totaling 408. That's 'keepers' in the catalog. The usage number is probably 3x to 4x that number in bursts at airshows.
I was surprised to see the EF 16-35 f/4L IS was the second most used in file count at 256.
I looked at the filters several times as just 1587 images for the calendar year seems surprisingly low. I know I shot less, but that's less than half the 2018 count for the same LR filters that returns 3675.
If you filter and count your images, what surprises did you find? Do you use your own usage data to plan to sell unused lenses / cameras? Or maybe, to change the lenses you'll use more in 2020?

My Sigma 18-200.
Ditto, but mine is the Canon flavor. The 100-400 is number 2
The Voigtlander 58mm 1.4 manual focus on a D850. Superb.
Sunset from last week.

Surprisingly, a huge advantage went to my Canon SX60 HS. Second place belongs to a 100-400 or 150-600, but not serious contenders.
Nikon 24-120 f4, recent model

Great exercise. My results skewed a bit after my Z7 acquisition. Total 6057, but, a virtual tie between the 24-70 and my 17-50 on the D500. The 70-200 a close 3rd at 1214. I was surprised the 300mm F4 PF only used 377 while my 80-400 which I thought sat on shelf all year was 971.
My hunt for a new wide angle became less urgent, curing my GAS, since my 16-28mm was only used for 11 shots. Gotta get out at night more!
Nikor 80-400 by far; 18-200 for travel that doesn't include wildlife.
Happy New Year!
Mike
My mostly used are:
Tamron (mmhh..) 70-200 2.8 for studio
Canon 24-105 L for the rest of the event

I missed the the sister thread from last year, so looking over cataloged images based on lens was fun.
I have 3 separate answers, oddly. For my personal images overall, my canon 10-18mm is clearly the 'winner' for my 'keeper' images, being used on a crop sensor 80D. I spend what little 'off' time I have on the trail and on the road, so landscapes dominate my catalog. This year, though, my 10-18mm was briefly on loan to a neighbor, so when I went out and shot my largest set of images for 2019 I was using a full frame 6D and lens, a Tokina 20-35mm, so that lens wins for just the 2019 catalog.
I do, though, edit a lot of work-related shots on my home computer, despite the images having been shot on a work-owned camera. As a part time school photographer, a great deal of my shooting is indoor and from the back of the auditorium, shooting One-Act play performances, elementary musical performances, and Award ceremonies. For that job, the vast majority of images were shot with an OLD (2001?) Sigma, 70-200mm f/2.8 coupled to a crop sensor t5i or 77D.
On my Panasonic #1 G9 - an Olympus 12-100 f4 in second place was the Panasonic Leica 12-60 f2.8
On my Panasonic #2 G9 - a Pansonic 100-400 f4-6.3 in second place was the Panasonic 8-18 f2.8-4.0
However, late in the year I picked up a Sony RX10 iii and have really enjoyed taken it along on day trips...if I was a one camera man, this may be the one!
