Actually, not to send you to another website, but put that same search term in Pinterist, and you will get more ideas than you can shake a stick at.

Welcome aboard. Think about the background indoors or outdoor shoot. Develop a rapport to get them to smile on your comments. I would do each separately and then the group of 4.

I used to use an old antique two sided latter and posed a group all over it in different positions.

My grandson's wife took a really nice photo of the kids age seven to two leaning on the outside stair railing, one on each step.
