I found some photos I hadn't processed from August, when it was sunny and warm. I miss those days . . . .
Absolutely wonderful shots. These are very nostalgic animals to me. I grew up in south central Nebraska. The land was awash in jackrabbits. Forty years ago they became a rare sight. Today they are non-existent in that area. I miss them. Thanks for your post.

Thanks, Hereford. That is so sad they are all gone. Development, farming, predators probably. Here the cottontails were in our parks, then we heard Great Horned Owls at night, and the cottontails were gone, then the owls moved out for new hunting grounds. Development here is horrible, particularly what is being built.
