The on-board storage is somewhat limited, true, but that's easily solved by storing images in the cloud or moving them to a desktop or laptop computer.
Here are the specs to run both apps on any computer. I did read that in 2019 there will be a full blown version for an iPad Pro but only Photoshop, and I'm sure that it's a watered down version. There is no way it can be as robust as the version running on a PC or full sized Mac. If it does, it will be SLOW.
